This Privacy Policy explains how Song Studio (operated by the site owner) ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Song Studio (the "Service") at music.asd-israel.co.il. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used for magic-link authentication and account management.
• Content you create. The prompts, lyrics, settings, and generated songs associated with your account, so we can store and display your library.
• Usage and billing data. Credit balances, subscription status, and transaction references needed to operate the credit and subscription system.
• Technical data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and to keep the Service running.

Payment-card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). We do not receive or store your full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and generate songs you request;
• To authenticate you and secure your account;
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and grant credits;
• To respond to support requests and communicate important service notices;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage hosting for your account and content;
• Our AI generation provider — receives the prompts/inputs needed to generate songs;
• Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments and handles billing and tax.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

4. Data retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain transaction records as required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at tzahi.dagan@gmail.com. You may also request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. AI generation runs server-side so that third-party API keys are never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to track you across unrelated websites. Paddle may set cookies as part of its checkout flow.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
